I have started to grow few other banyan trees. The pics given below. The first one is the original banyan tree sapling. The second one is the related species, while buying it was air layerd, the top portion was cut and started to grow nicely now (thrid pic)

The Banyan is awesome. Where did you manage to get a Banyan sapling. I am having a hard time trying to get one here in Mumbai.
